The interviewers were personable but never got back about a decision. The interview process took about a month, one in person and one over zoom. Interview questions were the typical ones you'd expect with a couple of behavioral questions.

3 rounds, all pretty quick. First round with HR, second with team and third round is usually head of team or partner. All pretty seamless and straight forward, communication through out the whole process was good also

Several informal calls with point of contact, contact arranged a general interview with HR as well as a few other groups, finally two in person meetings. Very few technical questions throughout the whole process, a focus on culture fit.
