Hours before the interview, I received a message canceling the appointment and was told the position was already filled. No advance notice. No respect for my time. No accountability. This approach signals poor internal communication and weak professional standards. If this is how they treat applicants before they are hired, it raises real concerns about how they treat staff and patients. Healthcare requires reliability. Their interview process showed the opposite. I would think twice before applying here or trusting them with referrals.
