The worst hiring process I’ve ever experienced - impersonal and careless. They outsourced two out of three stages. The first was a Karat interview with five React questions, followed by two coding tasks using HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. The second was a generic personality test where you select statements that “best describe you.” From application to rejection, the whole process dragged on for nearly two months. Terrible experience. Avoid this company.
