I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
Basic initial application form, personal details plus some motivational questions (250 words)
Then numerical reasoning test and a competency test. Pretty standard, no too difficult.
Video Interview, one way recording of answers to questions. Very odd talking into a webcam rather than directing your responses to someone. Found the 90 sec answer slot went very quickly and probably not long enough to be able to STAR everything properly without building context. Think best to keep answers concise and focus on getting your answer completed rather than giving a perfect answer with plenty of detail. Questions were odd, not usual competency things but rather just asking for your opinions on statements.

Question 1
How important is it for the team to think about the customer?
Very long process, they never meet recruitment deadlines. Questions were strength based. I found the AC very straightforward. My advice is to think about your biggest strengths before the Interview.
