No interview but must pass a background check which is nice. Background check results are usually received the same day so you know you will be able to move on to the next steps in the process of joining.

Unless things have changed since I first started, there is no interview process really. It is very easy, There is only a questionnaire. I am not sure if you are even required to have a resume.
