I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Little Sleepies
Interview
I have applied through LinkedIn and I got an email from the recruiter for a zoom video screening call of 30 mins. The interview went very well and I was told that they would email their decision for next interview within a week. That was the last statement from their side. I emailed the recruiter and they ghosted me. I was expecting at least a rejection email instead of just ghosting. Overall a negative experience.
The screening was a mostly about my skills and a couple of basic technical questions.

Question 1
How do you bring up conflicts to your team and how do you solve it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Little Sleepies (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
I applied through a reputable recruiting agency and they thought I was a great fit for the company and submitted me. I was then given a zoom interview with the hiring manager (who was relatively new) and it went very well! She was kind and personable and described all of the hiring stages to me. She told me they wanted to set up a second interview with the CEO. I was really excited because it sounded like an awesome job. I never heard from her again. Completely ghosted me. I followed up with the recruiter and they said they were waiting to hear back about when they could schedule the interview in person. A few days later, a different recruiting company called me saying they think I’d be great for this role and I had to let them know that I had already applied for it through a different company. I reached back out to the first company to let them know about that and to see if there were any updates. All they could do was apologize for Little Sleepies lack of professionalism and let me know that they were unaware what was going on with them. I tried reaching out to the hiring manager directly and she completely ignored me, read my message and never responded. Totally ghosted me without even a second regard. Reading through other reviews, it looks like this is common practice. Very unprofessional and rude.

Question 1
Honestly, it flowed like a conversation and happened months ago so I don’t even remember the questions besides the standard “walk me through your resume.”
