I interviewed with this company 4 times. First interview was a one on one, the second was a panel, the third was another panel, and the fourth interview was with myself and their chief marketing officer. The best part about interviewing with this company is, they were extremely transparent with me throughout the process, and even though it was a long process and a little bit slow, they were extremely communicative after each round of interviews

Interview
The interviewer, a member of their HR/culture team was very professional and kind. She was as prepared as she could be, however, it was clear that the job description they listed and the position they were interviewing for were two different positions. The description was for a development operations and individual giving coordinator, but the interview was all about major gifts and grant writing.
