Absolute Chaos -The peak of dysfunction. Interviewed 3 rounds for the Lito team, got a 2am email rejection. Recruiter was confused that she didn't get any feedback. I accidentally applied again, and spoke with a NEW recruiter. I gave him my ID number and told him I want feedback from prior cycle, and would be happy to be considered for a different team. No Feedback given, went into anther random coding interview. The interviewers didn't even know anything about the team I'd be working on. I used it as an opportunity to practice leetcode, otherwise I feel totally disrespected and it's a waste of tme.

Interview
The process was extremely easy, but unbelievably disorganized. They told me they intended to make me an offer, but when I followed up I got a very delayed reply from the recruiter that they had moved the role to a different location. Bad experience, would not want to work there in the future.

Litera Interview process was smooth and quick. There were two rounds of interviews. Both were around 45 mins. First round of interview was technical and second round was technical as well as managerial. Managerial means they asked you scenario based questions.
