The company atmosphere seemed to be casual. An IQ test was given, then an interview was conducted with the direct supervisor. The actual interview was very difficult as the supervisor seemed inexperienced in interviews and did not ask any questions. Instead, he asked if I had any questions for him. Also seemed biased against working mothers, as he said several times that missing work for any reason due to one's children would not be tolerated at all. I honestly wondered if he would have even brought this up with a male candidate for the job.
