The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes in Apr 2011
Interview
The interview was a group screening. First they give you a presentation about the company, then you take a spelling test and a critical thinking test, both not that bad. The people are extremely kind and make you feel at home. Next they go through some of there programs and have you act them out in groups. Then there is a one-on-one interview where they as you basic questions. It seems intimidating at first but truly is not that bad.

Interview
There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

Interview
A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
