Lincoln Healthcare Group interview questions

First, I had a 1.5 hr phone interview. Heard back after a week and was asked to come in for an in-person interview meeting 5 people separately, lasting 4 hours. The interview itself was not difficult, just long and by the end of it was exhausted from talking about the same thing to different people. Generic, run-of-the-mill questions. Again, not difficult. During the phone interview, they implied the position was one thing, then once I had the in-person interview, realized it was something different. Not ideal, since I spent a half a day there. Also, never heard from them again. It just rude when you give time to interview with multiple people and then never hear back from them again.
