It was straight forward and related to the position and previous work experience. The interview was warm and welcoming, and not an overly stressful situation by any means. The staff want to find the best fit for Lincoln and the larger community.

Question 1
How does your previous work experience contribute to this role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Lincoln Community Health Center (Durham, NC)
Interview
Interview process was terrible which is why they are still hiring. Unorganized and unprofessional. I interviewed with the HR manager initially and the interview went well but I had to keep following up with them to receive a follow up. After following up a second time I was granted a second interview with the COO which was subpar and she basically asked the same questions the HR manager did so it was pretty pointless. They make you come in for both interviews when one of them easily could've been via zoom or over the phone.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lincoln Community Health Center (Durham, NC) in Mar 2022
Interview
short to the point, asked relevant questions, gave great organizational, company history and explained in detail the job functions/duties. Also, gave information about benefits, loan repayment, bonuses, work hours, work schedule, flexibility, rotations, number of sites, number of staff members, etc.
