Absolutely bogus interview. The most unprofessional and nonsense excuse of a company I’ve ever seen. They pitch this job as if you’ll be gaining much experience in the marketing field but in reality you are selling car wax at Kroger gas stations. This is a pyramid scheme and a lie. The receptionist was calling applicants the whole time I was in the waiting room. They seem to intentionally schedule all interviews at the time to give the perception that it is a sought after position. Don’t be fooled by this company.

Interview
There were many red flags here. Went in for the first interview, had basic interview questions. They did not talk about the position I applied to at all (1st red flag). Was asked to come in for second "interview". I believe they ask everyone to come in for the second interview tbh. I asked for a business card, the business card did not even belong to the guy that interviewed me (2nd red flag). So anyways, they ask for me to come in at 10:00ish the next day. I get there, and there is literally 8-9 people waiting to be interviewed. I used to interviews being 30 min minimum to an hour max so I thought I would be there forever (3rd red flag). I get called, a young man who was very nice, explained to me about the "position". It was very misleading (4th redflag). The job description was nothing like what an Account Manager was. The job title should of been outside sales rep - no need to mislead applicants. No benefits, and commission like structure .
People there was nice, but as a company, I would RUN FAR AWAY.

Cattle call in a tiny office with folks coming in as soon as others were leaving. Once pulled into actual interview, it was one on one and in a private office. Interviewer was pleasant and described the role in detail.
