Casual and Low key. One-on-one in a coffee shop. I was shown a little background video about the company. The interviewer asked a few simply questions. It was very stress free.
Pretty easy regular casual talk about how everything works and how to fit better chargers also maintains. Showed me around the warehouse also with the team, management is super chill and relax

Went in for the interview, talked to the boss and was told there would be a second call if I got the job. The interview itself took about 10/15 minutes and described the general outlines/responsibilities of the position and if I would be okay completing them.

Web based application. Lime contacts you when they are interested. Phone call to get more information and schedule interview. Interview was group based, then small groups per position. Within 1 day I heard back, was on boarded, and started the next week.
