      The interview process was pleasant - a series of standard questions about my experience were asked, why I was looking to make a change, and what motivated me to work as a Customer Success Manager. I did not proceed to the next steps but the recruiter was kind enough to share constructive feedback on the call, saying that he did not want to push out the interview process. This is appreciated especially as companies are requesting 3 or sometimes more interviews and the job search fatigue is starting to set in.

      The initial interview with the recruiter was very informative and laid back. I was passed on to the second interview and had a not so pleasant experience with the conversation. I decided to withdraw after that conversation due to red flags. The interviewer described the company as "messy" and said I could expect "disturbances" constantly which would inhibit my ability to focus on clients. In addition, they noted that employees were stretched thin with over 30 customers in their portfolios. The last portion was alarming since it seemed like there was lack of trust, the interviewer openly said they have recording and AI transcripts of all client meetings and they monitor those closely to measure performance and provide feedback (felt like micromanaging). The vibe was off, so I decided to no longer proceed.
