Lilly Pulitzer interview questions

I had a recruiter call followed by a promising interview with the hiring team. Although they told me the next step was a design test, I was rejected a week later via a generic email from the recruiter with no explanation. I followed up to request feedback but never heard back. The role is STILL open and active on LinkedIn, so they're wasting everyone's time.

easy with phone screen and then technical interview. Took about a month to hear back. Interview process was simple and efficient. Would not work here benefits could be better, good for first job.
