The HR was very professional, friendly, and well-organized, demonstrating a deep understanding of the role and its requirements. Communication throughout the process was clear, efficient, and straightforward. I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Lightrun (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Mar 2025
Interview
I had a process of 4 interviews in total.
The first was a little technical, but mostly to see if there is a fit in qualifications and expectations.
The second was a bit more in depth technically, which included an online coding exercise and short technical design discussion.
The final technical interview was onsite, which included a deeper dive into relevant experience and a technical algorithm challenge that I was requested to solve on a board.
The final interview was a common HR interview, asking about challenges, weakness and other behavioral aspects.
The experience was overall pleasant, I felt the questions I was asked were inquiring about practical knowledge that is relevant for the position. The interviewers were professional and insightful.
