I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lighting Science Group (Providence, RI)
Interview
About average. Several trips down as people were usually traveling. Seemed like nice people.
Got verbal offer. Accepted it. Never heard from them again even after several calls and emails...not sure what to make of their ability to follow through or honor verbal offers.
All I can say is...If they say "Good Morning," get it in writing.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lighting Science Group (Satellite Beach, FL)
Interview
I emailed my resume to the HR department. Someone from the HR department called me to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was a standard HR phone interview to weed out the obviously unqualified candidates. I was invited to come in for an onsite interview two weeks later. The interview process began with a meeting with the HR Director, from there I interviewed with the quality manager, next I interviewed with the actual hiring manager, who also gave me a tour of the facility, the interview concluded with the HR Director.
