Lifestyle Communities interview questions

The interview process was simple. I worked for this company as a leasing agent before returning as a community manager. I was interviewing with my previous management team so I felt confident that I could communicate with them directly about my thoughts and goals for this position.

I met with the community manager at the time as well as the assistant manager. She was so easy and nice to talk to, it eased my nerves a lot. She focused more on who I am as a person, and got to know me through personal questions instead of asking the typical interview questions. I left the interview feeling great about the company and the actual site that I was applying for.
