Interview
I met with the community manager at the time as well as the assistant manager. She was so easy and nice to talk to, it eased my nerves a lot. She focused more on who I am as a person, and got to know me through personal questions instead of asking the typical interview questions. I left the interview feeling great about the company and the actual site that I was applying for.
Met with the property manager at the company's restaurant, The Goat. Had a conversation about my personal work experience and the expectations of the job. Discussed LC's culture and goals for the community.

The interview process with the team was great. I found the people I interviewed with to be engaged and genuinely curious about me and my experience. I also love the LC brand and the community feel.
