I applied online. I interviewed at LifeLong Medical Care in Apr 2026
Interview
HR coordinator or Recruiter reached out by phone to schedule a phone screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, plus future colleagues. Anticipated to hear back by 2 weeks, and after follow-up emails and messages to both the hiring manager and HR coordinator, they went ghost. Keep in mind, this job has been posted for 2 months. Very unprofessional, do not waste your time with a company that has no consideration for prospective applicants...

Interview
I interviewed for a CM position at LifeLong. I got an email to set up a time over email after applying. I met with 2 folks -> then met with the direct team I would be working with. I thought the folks here were a bit stand offish almost and felt a bit judged in my talks with them. Then I proceeded to get ghosted after being told I would hear of next steps the following week. The interview questions were pretty basic, and what you would expect from a CM role.
