Life giving! My wife and I were excited to see how the process would go, but our expectations were blown out of the water. Life.Church is so gracious and graceful through this entire experience and we are so glad we went through this process.

Interview
It is long but very impactful. There is an event but also multiple video interviews before the interview event. Worship requires leading at a campus. It is challenging but helps you discover more about who you are as a leader and person.
