Very thorough and involved, including film yourself video interview and in-person at all levels of the business. Included 30 minutes to prepare for a last-minute purchasing presentation to a VP and EVP.
All via zoom. they underlined and focus on the retail experience and the fact that I spoke a little german. you must tick most of their requisites. First with HR, the with a peer and then with my to be the manager and last with director

Als erstes gab es ein Telefoninterview mit einem Personaler dann gab es daraufhin eine Einladung zum Eignungstest. Nachdem dieser bestanden wurde gab es ein weiteres Telefoninterview und danach ist die Entscheidung dann getroffen worden.
