Interview
Submitted online and waited 3 weeks before HR got in touch for the brief (but thorough) "initial screening" over the phone which lasted 30min. Good experience.
Waited 1 week for the 1st interview with the hiring manager via TEAMS. Set for 1 hour but lasted almost 90 minutes. Great experience.
Waited 1 week before I was notified for the next round and waited another 2 weeks for the schedule for the Final Interview. Met with the C Level who fine combed the previous employment but asked no technical questions. Lukewarm feeling. Seems to be upset to learn that I founded and ran my own company in one of my previous role.
Waited another 2 weeks before receiving a call from HR informed me that the company has chosen to fill the role with an internal candidate. Really wondered why they wasted everyone's time.
Advice: Important to ask (keep asking) why they did not choose to fill the position internally, to avoid wasting your time with them. Entire process took me more than 2 months.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Round 1 (HR): What you do at your current and previous jobs (to ascertain job match). Why you want to leave. Why are you interested in the company.
Round 2 (Hiring Manager): What do you know us and what do we do. Prepare to also answer a suite of technique and behavioral questions depending on your role.
Round 3 (C Level for those interviewing for senior position): On your previous employments, why do you want to join (your previous company), why did you leave, what did you do, what was your experience, how did you mature / growth in that role... how many people are there in the company.
It is a standard interview process with just the expected questions. There are many preliminary checks already performed by HR and it is mainly going over the resume of the candidate.
perfect experience and really professional. The phone interview it was really basic, and the last stage was an interview with the hiring manager which was all around my experience and my background.
