I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (London, England)
Interview
It was like they had already decided that I wasn’t going to get the job before I even started talking. They picked apart my CV pointing out things and then fixating on why I wasn’t working full time even though I was a student. They didn’t even ask me any questions about my ability to do the job just my experience so they could pick it apart.

It was good and very interactive. I was interviewed by two managers and I was asked a bunch of question. Just be confidant and flow with the questions. I’d rate it a 7/10.
