One job-day where company is presented by CEO. Small 5 min. Face to face with CEO and other director. They claim to be able to determin within 5 sec. if you would be a fit for the company.
If positive, you receive phonecall few days after. One extra meeting with a director and department head.

Interview
Final interview to team managers required a presentation being made and presented, reviewing the existing market offering. Questions were asked to challenge the information and conclusions presented. There were also additional questions to challenge the approach you might take in a variety of scenarios.
Regular intervie with the head of the department and HR person. Did not hear back from them at all so that was a suprise, would have like to have feedback why I did not get the position.
