Interview
It was quite hard . You start with lot of people and you sit in a table with 5 people. They check if you talk with your collegues and they ask you things about them, after this first introduction we did a performance to see if you can work with a team and to see if you can lead well. The next step is to do a budget of Lidl with the points that they gave you.
I had a phone interview set up and the person with recruiting was supposed to call me. I waited and did not receive a call, I tried to email and make sure I had the times right but there was no response. I waited for an hour before giving up and hours later got a response saying a meeting had come up. She gave me times to reschedule the interview so I responded with some but never again got a response, even after I followed up a second time.
