screening call went well , went to interview instore , they denied i even showed up obviously don't know what there doing , interviewer came across badly , kept talking down and impolitely , i did complain and asked for an explanation they have no contact phone numbers , even on the how did we do on the interview form i asked for a response , still no reply

whats your availability and only then said what they wanted , not on the original advert
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
