I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Libra Industries (Guaymas, Sonora) in Apr 2021
Interview
The overall experience was TRAUMATIC.
My interview started 45 minutes late, the interview was not structured and the managers dishonored my experience and professional achievements claiming that I would better apply for a different position, which makes no sense why they scheduled the first interview. They lied to me in person and over the phone that I would have a second interview which I waited for a months and never happened.
They were trying to negotiate my salary to a lower of what my experience deserves (listen, I did my research). The good thing is that I was able to experience the values of the management team and definitely are not aligned with mine.

Question 1
Tell me about you , what stress is for you and other bunch of technical questions that add no value since that information was part of my resume.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Libra Industries (Mentor, OH) in Sep 2020
Interview
Over the phone interview:
I spoke with the Sales Manager who has been with the company for several years. They were bought back in 2018 and looking for someone who would grow with the company.
After that did a follow-up
They promoted someone within the company
