I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Hunt Valley, MD) in Jan 2012
Interview
I had to meet with 3 different claims managers. Two of the three didn't seem like they even knew I was coming for the interview. I waited in a reception area for at least 20 minutes, there wasn't anyone greeting me at the door. It seems that know one is happy that is working there. After spending 4 hours there I never heard from them at all. Not even a letter stating they had chosen another candidate. I thought it was pretty unprofessional of them, I wondered how a typical claim would process through this company if they treated there potential employees this way. Run, do not look for an interview at this company.

Pretty good interview with basic questions. About 20 minutes long on the phone. They will also go over the job description with you which will take most of the time.

Interview
I was screened by a Liberty recruiter and then had an in-person interview with two managers. One was a large man who appeared to be in a lot of pain. The other was a short bald man with a high pitched voice.
