Very friendly process, and easy. One phone interview with HR and then hiring manager. Minimal questions about the job, mostly just personal talk. It appeared they were looking for a personality fit more than anything else.

Did not follow up, very difficult to schedule interview and get in touch with interviewer. Scheduling platform kept failing. Interview process was straight forward, did not follow up with me afterwards so i have no idea what happened.

It was just awful. She called two hours earlier than scheduled, and I couldn’t understand half of what she was saying because her accent was so strong. The communication was so unclear that answering her questions became almost impossible.
