I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Submit resume, phone interview, and then finally two in person interviews. Recruiters were very polite and made the interviews seem more conversational, rather than a formal interview. The two in person interviews were each an hour long, but flew by and were very professional and well organized. The company compensated all interviewees for any travel expenses they may have incurred going to the Boston office.

I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Sep 2019
Interview
After applying to the program, received an email about doing a 30 minute phone interview. We arranged a time and I was sent an email with a number and a guest code to enter. The interview began with an introduction and overview of the program, then we went over logistical questions like GPA and willingness to relocate. Then there were 4-5 behavioral questions. Ended with time to ask interviewer questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Interview
Pretty standard hiring process, fist phone interview then group then 2 one on ones at the Boston office. The recruiting staff is great to work with, very professional and they will always reply when you have questions/ are seeking updated on your application status. Overall great experience. I recommend applying directly through the company website or talking directly to a recruiter since it such a large company and the application volume matches that size.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA)
Interview
There were multiple rounds of behavioral/fit based interviews. It was pretty straight forward in their headquarters in Boston. They had a list of questions to ask (leadership experience, why this job, etc.)
