LiB Consulting interview questions

I passed 2 rounds of interviews and then they informed me that the last round interview would happen a month later because they changed their hiring plan. Near to the scheduled date, they asked to postpone it. And then on the date of the last interview, they sent an email to cancel the interview just 30 minutes before scheduled time citing an emergency. A week passed without them reaching out to reschedule so I emailed to follow up with them, and then they replied saying they decided to not move forward with my candidacy anymore because they have found a better candidate. Please be more respectful to your candidate. It’s very bad business discipline to cancel meetings at the last minute and they ghosting candidates without communication, I at least deserve an apology which I never received.

Just one round of not more than an hour interview. They conducted both behavioral and case interview at once. Beginning with behavioral first, and case interview with timer. Overall, friendly interviewer. However, they are looking for people who can work in another period, different from my availability. Not really proactive process after complete the interview, no email noticing the result, then you have to reach out them for updating.
