The questions were basic, and she kept going on about the company’s tough culture, intense reporting, and layers of red tape. After waiting two weeks with no word, I had to follow up with the recruiter myself. Only then did I receive a generic rejection WhatsApp message stating the MD didn’t see me as a “strong fit.” Overall, I regret spending so much time and energy on a process that felt poorly managed from start to finish.
