Telephone call following application, then a number of online tests and personality questions. I was then invited in for a face to face interview with the Director of Product and Senior Product Manager - interview went well, the two ladies were friendly enough but didn't give much of an overview of the role so wasn't really sure on what Products they offered. I was then contacted with positive feedback and asked to return for a second stage interview and to create a presentation - this time the interview consisted of the same Director of Product, a different Senior and a secondary Director of Product - interview seemed to go well, the presentation went well and then I had to do a case study exercise which was well received - however I was not offered the role and this was due to the types of products I currently manage which was established at the telephone stage and first face stage. I don't believe this is the real reason as the secondary Director decided they didn't want to return to my second stage interview once I had completed the case study - advise for the business, be more open and transparent in the future.
