I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Levi Strauss
Interview
Went through a phone screening with a recruiter in January. I followed up a week later and didn't hear back for another 2 weeks. I finally heard back in February from another recruiter who set up a phone interview between myself and the hiring manager. The recruiter was based on EST and scheduled my interview for PST, but then told the hiring manager the time in EST but labeled it PST - so I had to step out of class to do my interview with the hiring manager 3 hours before my initially scheduled time. I followed up a couple of days after and didn't hear back for another week and a half. From there my recruiter set up another phone interview with higher management for the position. After that interview, I didn't hear back for 2 weeks so I followed up to receive a rejection within 2 hours.
I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager, where we discussed my experience in retail math, brand strategy, and my knowledge of Levi’s current marketing campaigns. I highlighted my experience and how my trend analysis work could support Levi's product promotion strategies.
kept me waiting for weeks without an answer, poor communication. some interviewers were great and some were quite rude and uninterested in conducting the interview, even after 3 rounds of calls
I applied and got the recruiter email from an employee I knew who worked there. Everybody I spoke to except one person was really nice and welcoming. I did not get the job but it was a pretty standard interview process and I will apply again in the future!
