I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Levi Strauss (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was fun and breeze. It's setup in a group setting where there are few candidates for the position being interviewed for sitting at the round table. The interviewer then, would ask us at random our experiences, hobbies, and reason for choosing Levi's as an employer. A great place to gain customer interaction skills that would last a lifetime!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What about Levi's history interest you in fulfilling this position?
The interview was pretty short with generic questions. The company did not take long to respond back and was pretty quick with offering the role to me. Overall not too difficult
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Levi Strauss (Adelaide) in Aug 2024
Interview
Group interview with roughly 12 people. It was fun, did activities with partners and as groups, it was very laid back. But i found that they didn't get to know us one on one, all conversations happened as a big group so if you weren't someone who openly spoke up at most chances, they didn't notice you.
Did a peg tower building contest in groups of three
got partnered up and had to "sell" the other person to them, basically outlining why Levi's should hire your partner.
Got given a random item and had to sell it to them, then had a few minutes to go around the store and create an outfit for that item.
We then got to pull a question out of a box and answer it one by one.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Levi Strauss in Jul 2024
Interview
The interviewer was awesome, we talked in the hallway. She told me precious details about working with their company. The interview wasn't stressful at all, just make sure to know what the company stands for and be nice.
