2 phone interviews and 1 all day interview consisting of 1:1 and group panels. All asked similar questions, evaluating research and how to determine which studies are more reliable than others.

Interview
I had 9 separate interviews initially, then 2 more only to be offered an internship rather than the position I had applied for. They called it "The Gauntlet" jokingly, but this interview process took two weeks with sometimes two separate virtual interview meetings.
Had a 30 minute phone interview where the interviewer asked for details about past projects I'd participated in and my personal role in the interdisciplinary projects in particular. They wanted to know how I contributed specifically.
