It's a full day interview. At first everyone meets in the conference room and had a small introduction of everyone. And then it was the individual interview, it's either 1 on 1 or 1 on 2. After that we were brought to the job site trailer to have pizza for lunch, and then had a tour on a couple of their projects nearby.
