Complete waste of time! Leaders have no idea of what they want in a candidate and are not prepared when speaking with one. They rely on psychological exams and even a math exam for a Director level position. Huge turnover and ex pats leadership. You will not receive any feedback from the recruiters or HR even after you invest months in the process. Happy to not be part of that team.
