Ten minute phone call with recruiter to go over your experience and more details of the position; then going over the hiring process and next steps and the next 4 different people you'd meet with to get the position.

4-hour in-person interview and 2-hour intelligence test, which I am sure I did well on because I am a great test tacker. This was after a screening with HR and a half hour Teams call with the hiring manager. Big waste of time for me. I wish companies would not waste so much time or at least give feedback when they go with another candidate.
