Leon Medical Centers interview questions

Process was quick and easy. Got a call after two weeks from submitting application online. Scheduled the interview for two days later. During the interview I spoke with the manager about the company and the job. It was a friendly interview; it didn’t feel like being grilled or interrogated. That same afternoon I got a call to return in a couple of days for a meeting with the VP. It was a cordial conversation about several topics related to my experience and qualifications for the position. I left the interview fascinated with the company, their mission and the people I met through the process. The following day I got an offer.

Interview process was very easy. Specially if you are recommended by someone. If you are referred they basically give you the job, qualified or not! it is yours! . I found it very informal and easy to follow.
