Lenel interview questions

It was a personable interview where you talk more about yourself and show your personality. They don’t do technical interviews often but some level of tech knowledge is required. Other than that, it was either STAR questions or just things about your personality.

3 separate interviews with team members and Manager. All positive experiences. There was a ficus on technical knowledge and customer relationships management. The process lasted about 1 month. I was offered the job and enjoyed my time with the company.
