The process was 2-stage. Initially I met with a co-founder and a Head of department, followed by a further interview with a number of senior staff across various departments.
The process was dealt with quickly, maintaining momentum at each stage, and felt very professional but personal. Discussions centred around my background, experience, future career goals and aspirations, as well as the company's future and how we could work together.
I was particularly pleased with how quickly each stage of the process progressed.
