I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Washington, DC) in Nov 2022
Interview
Interview was pretty fair in terms of questions asked and length of interview which always all virtual. Interviews em were on time and cordial and easy to get along with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Leidos (Webster, TX) in Aug 2025
Interview
Panel onsite interview with manager, lead, and previous PE. Questions were okay and standard, but lead clearly was in a bad mood and felt passive aggressive with some of my answers. Best person in the interview by far was the previous PE, which is a shame since the other two were the ones in leadership positions. Happy I did not get an offer.
Process was lengthy and convoluted. The interviews themselves were relatively easy and conversational, but the process as a whole was a nightmare. After interviewing, I was told over the phone that I would get an offer letter. After a week, I was told that I was instead passed over because I "didn't have enough experience working outdoors" for an entry-level position.
