Contacted by internal recruiter who discussed my skillset and types of positions I would excel in. Applied to a good fit. One phone interview, one virtual interview and one panel interview within a week. Best interviewing experience I have ever had.

Scope of position and familiarity with specific tools.
The process was straightforward and predictable: screening, two interviews, and an offer. Importantly, the company announced steps and stuck to them. The whole process took about two months. There is little flexibility on salary/benefits negotiations.
