I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Chantilly, VA) in Sep 2013
Interview
I had to do an in person interview. It was two rounds of questions from two different people. They asked various questions about my experience and education with GIS. They were also curious why I was transitioning from a developer back into an analyst role.
I was contracted through Aerotek.

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Leidos (Alexandria, VA) in Jul 2018
Interview
My interview experience came through a job fair, where the company reached out to me. Once reviewing my resume, I was formally invited to the job fair. The interview itself consisted of two Leidos GIS Analyst who followed a series of questions to spark conversion. It was structured and formal, yet informal in that they appeared more interested in gauging me as a person than writing anything down on the paper. The whole process took under 30 minutes.
