Applied online and then reached out to the recruiter on Linkedin. Had 2-interviews after that, both with the Program Manager and Hiring Manager. Received an offer, counter-offered and was accepted.

This was was an interview over the phone . There were no off the wall questions about what type of biscuit I saw myself as. I was applying for a technical role so understandably I was asked technical questions.

The main focus was on Linux commands and their various options .
Easy, it was mostly me giving an overview of my background and history. Then the PM went over details about the job and contract vehicle. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes.
