I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Leidos (Pensacola, FL) in Feb 2015
Interview
Three person interview. Standard process about background, what would you do scenario, why should we hire you, etc. The interviewer sometimes does not understand what you are referring to with regards to your skillset. More like being read off of a script.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Leidos (Boston, MA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Phone interview, very simple process to review my resume and discuss what I was looking for for future contracts. Since this is a travel position most of the time, there was discussion about your desire to travel and how often. Since they hire consultants from many different medical software background there were no major technical questions. They are basically looking to boost their numbers. If you don't get a contract they'll let you go.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name 3 weaknesses your coworkers would like describe for you? (I'm used to only having to answer 1 weakness so I was not prepared with 3)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Santa Fe, NM) in Jun 2013
Interview
More like a bargaining for your worth rather than offering you the salary that appropriate for your skill set and experiences. The recruiters had no clue on what needed for the position nor able to understand what the different between the requirement and the recommendation.

Question 1
Bunch of non sense questions that the recruiters does not even know what needed in a required position. Question was not pertain to job, just related to how much money are you willing to work for.
