Was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an onsite interview. For interview, I met up with several different employees of the division, who explained their roles in the company. I was asked questions about my resume and past work experience

Interview
This was at a small location in Eagan, MN, so I cannot speak to other locations. There was an initial resume review followed by a behavioral interview. After that, there were was standard-fare background checks plus some extra steps to get required security clearances.

I applied via my university's website and got a call either that very same day or the subsequent day. I was just asked about my resume, projects I had worked on, etc. It was pretty straight forward. I had already interned with Leidos previously, so I think I was a shoe-in.
